WayForce operates on a prepaid label system only. By not offering our services on account helps us to keep our costs down and ensures that our customers get the best courier rates possible.
Prepaid labels enable customers to make savings on their usual freight costs, as well as providing a simple system free of any extra paperwork or add on charges. WayForce's services are targeted towards smallss and medium sized businesses that need predictability of freight costs combined with reliable service. WayForce’s courier services are organised on a cycle basis as opposed to urgent or point to point services and are perfect for customers who need their goods delivered promptly but not urgently.
We accept payment by bank deposit only. Some locations may also accept credit card payments. We recommend contacting your local WayForce Courier or WayForce depot to confirm their preferred payment method.
Unfortunately, WayForce labels are non-transferable and non-refundable. For further information, please refer to our Conditions of Carriage.

WayForce prides itself on being a Domestic & International Courier specialist. We provide metropolitan, shorthaul, national and international freight distribution in key locations around the globe.
Enter your WayForce label number into our online parcel tracker and then select online enquiry. We kindly ask that you complete the information in full and a member of our friendly team will investigate your claim as quickly as possible.
SHIPMENT
We work Monday to Saturday and can also organize a dedicated delivery or collection on Sundays if you require.
We provide services to satisfy all your delivery needs, so whether overweight, outside the excepted dimensions, requires dedicated handling or even an armed escort services.
When the receiver is not at the address, We will contact you to organize a repeat delivery attempt.
If you are a user of our online booking system or are a regular contracted customer, an automatic label will be generated or you will have a label template. Please ensure you write the full physical address of both the sender and receiver, with all contacts details clearly given. All items must be packaged in single units, not tied together and if fragile, with adequate protection and padding added to avoid breakage.
